How fast and aggressive is the fascist BJP Govt !! Justice Jamshed B Pardiwala of Gujarat High Court, who had commented in his judgment against Reservation Policy, is appointed to the Supreme Court and is set to take oath today- Monday, the 9th May 2022.
He withdrew his comments from his judgment and the 58 MPs did not push the Impeachment motion to logical conclusions. Now he is the Judge of the Supreme Court and in 2028 he will become Chief Justice of India!
Note: He is not even a Chief Justice of any High Court but his name is considered while the Chief Justices of High Courts were/ are ignored! This is New India!?

இடஒதுக்கீட்டுக்கு எதிராக 2015 ஆம் ஆண்டு தீர்ப்பு வழங்கிய குஜராத் உயர்நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதி Jamshed B Pardiwala உச்ச நீதிமன்ற பதவி உயர்வு பெற அவர் பெயர் உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் பரிந்துரை செய்து உள்ளது.
இந்த கேவலத்தை கண்டித்து குடியரசுத் தலைவர், பிரதமர், சட்ட அமைச்சர் ஆகிய எல்லாருக்கும் கண்டன கடிதம் எழுதி, அவருக்கான உச்ச நீதிமன்ற பதவி உயர்வு பரிந்துரையை நிராகரிக்க நிர்ப்பந்திக்க வேண்டுகிறேன்.
- இவரை தகுதி நீக்கம் செய்ய 58 நாடாளுமன்ற மேலவை உறுப்பினர்கள் மனு அளித்தனர் என்பது நினைவில் கொள்ள வேண்டிய ஒன்று.
- இவர் 2028 ஆம் ஆண்டு உச்ச நீதிமன்ற தலைமை நீதிபதி ஆவார் என்பது இன்னும் பெரிய ஆபத்து என்பதை நாம் உணர வேண்டும்.
